In-Person personal training. One on One sessions booked by the month.
Receive custom workouts based on your personal needs. The difference in in-person versus Group Online Training is to have your workouts custom created for you. Have me with you to correct your form and explain what you should be feeling and why I have you do certain things to tweak your form.
I also provide in-person clients with meal plans to help with nutrition at home. The benefits of this is to be able to take your goals to the next level by incorporating exercise and nutrition together. I will help you make tweaks based food allergies, food sensitivities, etc. This is all about making a lifestyle change. Not dieting.
Each time I see you, the workouts will be different. You will never get bored and your body will not get used to the exercises from repeating the same thing all the time.
Sessions range from $35-$70 depending on if you want 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions. No gym membership fees or contract. I like to work with each client to base appointments on goals and what works for your schedule.
